These terms apply when you buy parts from the club shop on this website. Please read them before you order. They don't take away any of your rights under UK consumer law.

[DATE THE COMMITTEE APPROVED THESE TERMS — TO BE SUPPLIED]Who you are buying from
The shop is run by The 101 Forward Control Club and Register Limited ("the club"), a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales, company number 04499629. The shop is run by volunteers.
Registered office: c/o E.J. Morris & Co, Broad Oak, Hand Lane, Heath Hill, Sheriffhales, Shropshire, TF11 8RP.
For any question about an order, contact Rick at shipping@101club.org. Our postal address is:
101 Club,196 Ringwood Road,Totton,Southampton,SO40 8EBWho can buy
Anyone can look at the shop, but parts are sold to club members only. If you aren't a paid-up member when you go to pay, a year's membership (£15, running to the next 31 July) is added to your basket, and you become a member as soon as you have paid.
Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling. The club is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to any price, and we can't give VAT receipts.
The price you pay is the price shown in your basket when you pay. Postage is added on top (see below).
Postage
Within the UK, postage is worked out on the basket page from the total weight of your parts, before you pay. You can choose signed-for delivery for a small extra charge, and there is an extra charge for some remote postcodes. Both are shown on the basket page.
If your basket is too heavy for our usual postage prices, the basket page will ask you to contact us at shipping@101club.org for a postage price.
Outside the UK, we can't take payment online. Use the "Request a postage quote" form on the basket page and we will email you a postage price. Your order is only confirmed once you have agreed the price and paid.
Stainless steel fuel tanks
Stainless steel fuel tanks are sent directly from the manufacturer, not by the club. They have their own fixed postage charge, shown in your basket, and must be ordered on their own, not with other parts.

[FUEL TANK DELIVERY TIME — TO BE SUPPLIED BY THE COMMITTEE]Your order
Your order is accepted when your payment has gone through and we have emailed you a confirmation with your order number. Payment is taken by card through Stripe.
If we find that we can't supply a part after all, we will tell you as soon as we can and refund you in full for it, including any postage you paid for it.
Delivery
Your parts are packed and posted by club volunteers. How soon we aim to post your order:
Usually within 1 to 5 days.
The parts are our responsibility until they are delivered to you. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us.
Changing your mind, and faulty parts
You can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and you have rights if a part is faulty or not as described. See Returns and refunds.
Your information
We use your details only to process and post your order. See our Privacy notice.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the protection of your own local consumer law and may bring a claim in your own courts.
