I'm sure I've seen that before in a GS.

A German guy (if you are on here forgive me for forgetting your name!) who worked for one of the trim companies over here made one and fitted it to his GS.

It looked well impresive in the vehicle

yep thats good old hannos "quilt", when he sold all his stuff and his truck i did ask him what he did with it and he did say that a friend in glocester had it!.

from what i remember it is a total work of art and he even made a cover for the engine cover that matches the style.

good luck withthe auction and however gets it a am sure will be happy with it.
