We wondered where you had got to!

the weather looks better in the photos than in real life! There was some sun but it wasnt very warm due to the wind and passing clouds.

Why don't you fix it yourself, or don't you trust it anymore....

Unless its fscked the case itself, I was under the impression they are repairable ?

Yes - you can buy the bits from the guy in the US who does the series ones. I keep meaning to get an exact list of what he can supply for the RR/101 ones

they are off a proper camera Tom but not a good one my good one broken :cry:

if you give me his contact info i will get on to it and get the list of spares
he can supply, and order sum of internals for mine, plus gaskets, not looked at it yet,
i will strip it off next weekend and have a look in side and at the damage. :cry:

R Whitehouse and Son near Dudley repaired mine last time, they do a v. good job. I spoke to him the other day abiut my transfer box and he says he has got a factory recon unit in the box and he wants about £550 for it. After seeing what a well used one goes for on ebag I didn't think that was bad.
