I really enjoyed the show, friendly people, brilliant weather and lots of discussion on how to fix problems (real and perceived!)

Got home with no hiccups apart from Big Blue definitely running on petrol and refusing to change to gas! Maybe I need to change to a simpler gas control system :!:

Got a few more things to try in the diagnostic line, anyway.

John

I too enjoyed the show, and the company, and got thoroughly sunburnt.

Pete overtook me on the M5 coming home while I was trundling along at 50mph; I was in no particular hurry, and the price of fuel being what it is, 25mpg was worth the extra few minutes it took...

Roger.

well we did have our overdrive & rangerover transfer gears in...... but we dont go much faster than 70 because the gear stick starts to vibrate & leo has to grab for it  .....& of course everything else starts to vibrate too  fuel consumption is back to 170 miles on 73 litres so about 2.32 mpl but most of that was free running averaging about 65 8)

it was good to meet a few of you there (although briefly) and put some names to faces.

I was fairly busy with the S2 club, Severn Valley leafers and One Ton register as well as scrapheap challenge so didnt get much time on the 101 stand. Next time I'll have to bring the 101 and join you lot.

cheers
Ben
