only for those that side of the pond whio could presumably buy direct off ebay for less anyway. Company located in Vancouver, Canada. Don't know if he has a depot in US but would seem reasonable to have an operation south of the border given an early hit on google brings up a legal case involving him over import dispute with US Customs

his European listing included p+p but his US/Canada one does not . Somehow suspect shipping would get you back to £500 per corner when you add in UK import tax as well

Finally got one quote to ship 5 tires to UK from Vancouver. It is door to door (in this case to Dorset as that was a postal code I had handy but would suspect anything of equal distant from Southampton would be similar) and the tires are shipped loose, it is $1109 CAD or about 700 pounds.
Hope this answers all the pm's I got but if not ask away.
Not sure how long the vendor is going to keep the tires available due to the pressure on the amount of warehouse space they are occupying. If interested make him an offer.
Cheers
Ted
PS I have no connection with the vendor, only have dealt with him in parts for my RRC when he was carrying spares..

add on UK import duty plus UK import VAT and you're looking at around £200 per tyre - still reasonable?

interesting that the seller is now prepared to ship 5 at a time though compared to his initial reply to sailourboy

Hi John

Seller won't be shipping them , I will do it as a favour to those that want them as per some "pm's" I received. He says there is not enough money in it for him to do the paperwork. Shipping them as a private individual should eliminate some of that paperwork. I believe originally he brought them in to sell to a 4x4 group here then they back out or something along those lines. For me it is great as the last 900 -16's I was able to find were in the US, as these are in my backyard it just cost me some petrol to pick them up.
Cheers
Ted

Yes, it is about the only break on parts which don't have to be sent from the UK :D

In regards to the shipping cost the shipper has added the following this morning for clarification:

DOOR TO DOOR ALL IN daily SERVICE CAN COLL ANY WEEK DAY! If same sizes and weight, weekly sailings inc uk customs entry ex duty tax inc canada export entry also. Shipped by air.
This amount includes any applicable taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.).

Cheers
Ted
