Looks like a nice truck for the money... if I had the spare cash (not likely in the next decade) then I’d be straight there especially as its only just up the road from my parents :!:

Does look to be good value for anyone wanting to do a camper conversion!

dont think it'll be around too long at that price. doesn't need too much work by the sounds of things (hold on, haven't i heard that somewhere before  ). 2k for an ambi does seem a heck of a deal though.

Been advertised before & I looked at it when the PO was selling it. Clearly the current owner is trying to get it off his hands.

@ Jon...After what you said about not being able to get an Ambi in a shipping container....I'd be looking for a cheap GS to build a body on. Providing I get a job or someone offers me the £2000 asking price for the unused Discovery 3dr 300 series bodyshell that I got sitting in primer, awaiting paint and then the rebuild of the motor.

Anyone interested in it?

Having driven the Ambi in to a container how do you get out of it, just wondered as from memory after putting the GS in a container it wasn't that easy to get out of even with the door off ?
Jim have got that steering box on yet or are you still scratching you head ?

If you're not too big then through the bulkhead windows into the rear and out the big double doors...?
