Darrell at Milbiz phoned me to say it was sold when I was half-way down the M4 to view it :cry:

That was nice of him..he could have let you get there first and gave you first choice..seeing as he already knew you were travelling down to view it.

So are you managing to talk the wife around to 101 ownership then?.

I think he would have, but the buyer made him an offer he just couldn't refuse. Hopefully my impending arrival helped him get a good price 8)

She's resigned that I'll eventually just do it, whether she approves or not :lol:
