Since, in a previous 'life', someone took a chunk out of my LT95 bell-housing I need a replacement in order to get back to having 8 bolts holding it onto the engine!

If anyone has one I'd be grateful.

There are a few LT95 gearboxes kicking around on eBay in various states of (dis)repair - even one with an overdrive attached.
I’d suggest finding a cheap one with undamaged bellhousing...

Bear in mind that the 101 lt95 has a shorter input shaft so also a shorter bellhousing. than a standard RR/90/110 LT95 box

Had a good search but there is nothing suitable on eBay. 101 Parts have one but want £175 which made me re-evaluate the requirement.

The truck has only had four of the eight bolts holding the bell housing onto the engine for the last 3 or 4 years. I have improved this to 7 out of 8 by fitting hellicoils to the stripped holes. Could live with this and use epoxy metal filler to reconstruct the missing part and fit a bolt for show.

Yes but I'd still need to find a chunk that would fit.

Have tried the epoxy filler and it seems to have done a good job. I have built it up thicker than the metal, ground it to the matching shape and drilled it. It's not as hard as the metal but it is solid and since the bolts are only torqued to 40.6 Nm I can tighten it up. The added benefit is that it is about the right colour and a great improvement on having a hole you can see the flywheel through.
