I am looking to try to get hold of a second right hand side outlet for the heater box so i can point one at the driver and passenger each in my ambulance cab. Can't seem to find anything - has someone got one or know where i can get one?
Thanks

are these the plastic eyeball style vents???

If so you need a BL car from the early 70's such as a triumph toledo/dolmite..

Cheers

Thanks.
Didn't see I'd got a reply till now so sorry.

Actually no its the opening vent hole immediately as it leaves the heater box at the dash that the hose would attach to.

Any ideas?

so is this part 399913 in parts manual? See page 33.13
If so probably simplest to fabricate your own.

thanks

no - its the 399972

Was wondering if there was an alternative source but then realised the asterisk refers to new part not used on another model.
Looks like I will have to apply a little lateral thinking to fit something else that will do the job...

yes sorry I transposed lines...
use Flat plate steel cut out hole in middle using blanking plate on heater as template and weld in piece of pipe of correct dia, possibly get pipe that dia from exhaust place you need 3inch external dia by approx 1.5inch depth

cheers
