Hello all, please be gentle, it's my first post, just hope I can get some help. I'm trying to get hold of a pair of V8 exhaust manifolds, any ideas please?
Thanks Russ

Are yours cracked, broken or just missing?
These vehicles are fairly rare and as such it's good to repair if possible and never throw anything away, just my thoughts.

Hi, manifolds are unique to this vehicle and as a result are getting very rare as they were pretty weak as standard. Look at a few threads within this forum and you will see people have repaired where possible and some folk have even modified p38 stainless manifolds to fit with some degree of success. It would be wise to explore all options and maybe you will come up with a fantastic solution that none of us have thought of!!!!

Thanks lads, the studs are snapped off and we have tried and better tried to drill them out so we can tap new threads with no joy, we need to use it 3 or 4 times a week, I was just looking for a quick way out!
Thanks Russ

If it just the studs that are the problem, should be able to drill out and then use bolt nut and washers to fit down pipes.
Use good quality sharp drills, start small and increase size to required dimensions.

https://youtu.be/ceL3hYduaZ4 just been watching this vid check out the exhaust manifolds, food for thought the're not exactly tuned for gas extraction but it can be done.

Broken studs are a minor problem compared to cracks & should be easily drilled out & helicoiled. Some of the studs can even be fixed with a nut & bolt. If you don't want your scrap manifolds I will give you a tenner each for them. 8)

To my way of thinking, the ultimate goal is to source replacement manifolds which fit the standard exhaust system - maintaining interchangeable parts as per the factory specification. I know 101 Parts/Able Engineering has been working for a while to come up with a stainless steel solution.
