I don't believe you mean Ipswich Massachusetts, but if you do, I'm very interested

So I'm not the only one in North America hoping to get Michelin XZL or similar! Dealers here in Canada have the XZL in their books but are "not allowed" to order them in. The Canadian military have them in the right size on their G-Wagens but the "take-offs" go directly to recycling so are not accessible to us (yes I've tried). :( I've yet to find any substitute that is suitable for the narrow rims of the 101FC. Anything I can get of the right diameter calls for a much wider rim (other than bar-grips that is). I'm soon going to have to have rims built onto my existing centers as the only, expensive, option to get a good tire. If anyone over this side knows of a better option, please post it. Thanks.
Col

I hope you are not running some new and some part worn tyres. Doing similar to that i.e. running bar grips of different makes, caused problems with differentials when 101 werefirst released.

Hey! I had to order mine from a guy down south in like Alabama or something. There are people who sell them as "take offs", or you can buy them on eBay , there's a company who sells them there that are Xzl lookalikes but are Chinese made.

I went with the "Xml"s on mine, because I thought they were nice and beefy.
