How easily is that done or vise versa ?

Serious enough, I cannot say I'm surprised, most older cars are sky rocketing on prices, last week I paid 3 times more for a 101 than I paid 6 years ago. I don't agree, but that's how things are at the moment.

About the conversion , is not impossible but some hard work, the chassis would need to be modified, for the steering relay and box, moving dash, gearlever, etc. The salesman is trying to lure more costumers, probably from the usa.

Or maybe we will all disagree but agree that it'll be expensive. To me, expensive is not "easy" :roll:

Also states has replacement engine - you can see it as it's painted and gearbox replaced as well, at only 42K..

I wonder what else is actually original on it...

That ad cheered me up no end. Based on that Price I can probably sell up and retire to the Bahamas!
A word of caution, as mentioned above , converting to LHD is not "easy" , although I suppose it depends on your definition of the word. If carried out before importing to the USA conversion may result
in importation being refused. Speak to anyone who has imported, or tried to import a 110 into the US in the last couple of years.
Vehicle has to be original. I am sure the US customs and vehicle authorities have a fancy website explaining all.

having imported too many Land Rovers into the US they really don't care if LHD or RHD conversion has been done. All they want it to have is the original engine, no swaps allowed. And you cannot have it sit on a galvanized frame unless you can prove it's the original frame that was galvanized at some point... which could be very difficult. Aussie 110 with galvy frames are ok.
