This year the Heritage Land Rover Show is celebrating Land Rover’s 62nd Birthday with the support of the Land Rover Experience and Land Rover World. Our 1-day event, with camping available from 16.00 on Friday 30 April until 17:00 on Monday 3 May, will, include two Heritage Runs from Lode Lane to the Heritage Motor Centre on Sunday 2 May.
Entry
We are delighted to extend an invitation to your club for up to 12 vehicles passes and 18 tickets for you to distribute amongst your members. The tickets will allow you entry to the show but do not include camping.
Club Bookings and Stands
To reserve Club tickets and/or a Club stand please complete the Club Booking form which can be downloaded from the box on the left of this page or completed electronically by following this link. The completed form needs to be returned to us no later than 28th April 2009.
Club Stands without camping will be positioned on the arenas next to the museum, these stands will be accessible from 17:00 Saturday to 19:00 Sunday, due to the arenas being used by the Range Rover 40th Anniversary before and "Boot for BEN" afterwards.
Club Stands with camping (please write "Camping on Stand" on the Club Booking form) will be positioned outside the arenas, these stands will be accessible from 16:00 Friday 30 April to 17:00 Monday 3 May.
All Club Stands will need to be in place by 09:45 on Sunday 2 May, as the gates will open to the public at 10:00.
Where possible the Heritage Motor Centre will allocate requested stand space, priority will be given to Club Stands with special relevance to the event.
Successful applications will be informed by email. This year we will not be sending out any free passes, Clubs can pick them up from the Heritage Motor Centre (details of times and locations will be provided in the 'successful application' email).

The Range Rover Register will be celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the model on Saturday 1 May.

Sunday 2 May
The Land Rover Experience.
This year there will be two Heritage Runs arriving from 11:00: -
• Heritage Run for all Land Rovers, excluding Range Rovers.
• Heritage Run for Range Rovers.
There will be numerous Land Rover Club stands with the Chris Savidge Award for the Best Club Stand.
Trade Stands will be selling Land Rover parts and accessories.
During the day there will also be a series of talks on Land Rover related topics, details to follow.
Monday 3 May
On Monday there will be a "Boot 4 BEN" car boot sale, (proceeds to the BEN - Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund), for more details visit

Camping is priced at £16 per pitch for the entire weekend by quoting the promotional code sent to your club in January. General camping (i.e. not on Club Stands) will be on the meadow, although tents will have to be segregated from caravans due to camping regulations.
Individual Bookings
If members wish to book separately, individual tickets can be purchased at a reduced price of £7.00 by quoting the promotional code sent to your club in January.
Purchasing
Tickets and/or camping can be purchased by phoning the ticket hotline 01926 28 77 28 which is manned Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 17:00, and quoting the promotional code. There is a booking fee of £1.50, which applies to each booking, not each ticket.
