The club has been given 8 vehicle and 16 people passes for this one :D . The show is on the 2nd but you can make a wknd of it as people did last year as camping is from Friday to Monday, but this must be booked through Gaydon. Any one camping will have to move onto the club stand on the Sunday morning. More details of the show can be found at http://www.hlrw.co.uk so please put names down if you would like to bring a 101 along to this one.

Martin

Saturday still seems to a bit of a secret :?: im wondering whether a gate crash & a stand on the saturday would be in order :?: Its likely they would invite other landrover clubs to put in an appearence as a side display  To make a weekend of it would be better than a single day with distances involved, i keep checking the web sites but its all quiet at the moment.

Look here, young Pete, I'll have you know it's a very respectable (and extremely rare - there were only 150 made) Range Rover in Brooklands Green

See evidence below.

Ok ive found some of the answers in the other locked thread. Any indications as to whose intending to camp or whats likely to be going on on the saturday as its not very clear on any of the websites that i can find?

I suppose we should start sending the show deposit cheques in too, is it still to the address listed as yours in Sixstud Martin?

Address for show cheques is

101 Forward Control Club
Unit 32
Gelders Hall Road
Shepshed
LEICS
LE12 9NH

Not sure who is camping over the wknd or just the Sat night. My plan is to bring the show stuff over on the Sat night and camp on the stand as last year.

Over to you lot :D

All Club Stands will need to be in place by 09:45 on Sunday 2 May, as the gates will open to the public at 10:00.
Where possible the Heritage Motor Centre will allocate requested stand space, priority will be given to Club Stands with special relevance to the event.

Been in touch with Gaydon today and it is fine for us to camp on the stand Sat night but any one doing this has to have a camping pass which needs to be booked through Gaydon. Most of the club stands are up on the bank as you drive down to the main car park area this year and any club camping on it's stand will be in this area. Any one staying for the wknd will be in the normal camping areas Fri then moving to the stand on Sat.
