Hi all,
for your pleasure, just few photos of "Martin", my 101 GS LHD:

week-end of the D-Day in Normandy

I use "Martin" and 2 another Series just to transport many friends of the 51st Highland Division memorial, a french association for the military scottish remembrance (whose I am the mascott major with my pony), not to drive in an authentic parade!

"Cousin Itt", me, "H.M.S Britannia II" (APGP amphibious) and "Martin" in Hillman battery (Sword beach)

Well done that man :!:

Thanks for posting the pictures - great to see them all being used. :D
APGP - even more rare than a 101.

Good Luck,
John

Superbes photos! I did plan to go too with my 101 but ended up in a "bourse d'échange" Land Rover in Plerguer which wasn't such a bad alternative.

The good thing about 101 adventure's is that one can go wherever & whenever one likes. Reporting back not only entices the viewer but also encourages the viewer to try something themselves. My 101 does tend to get parked up during the gaps because I have smaller & nimbler landrovers to use, but once up the road its the mainstay of the trip.

The more people post about what they do with their 101 the better! ( Especially pictures)
