Looks like it needs a lot of work, I don't think it's worth as much as what the seller thinks he might get!

I've been watching this one and it didn't sell, so they relisted it and it ended today at £3100 reserve not met, now its back on with a buy it now of £3000. It looks to me like the seller is bidding on his own item.
