I've noticed on my continuing investigations into the hidden corners of my 101
that there are several nuts and studs missing from the cover panel for my generator
Panel ( it's a 24v) .

They are small studs about 2cm with a fine thread at one end with a point at that end
And a coarser thread at the other which takes the nut.

I don't even know what they are called.

Does anyone have any spares or know where I can buy them ?

Thanks

Steve

I don't think I have any spares but the gen panel is common across all 24v vehicles of our era, however there are different panels, Can you post a pic is it the square one? I may be able to get the part number from the ferret parts list.

Hope you can find a part number . They are the square boxes.

Thanks

Steve

Hi Steve

I will have a look in my ferret manual when I return home from working away. The panel is the same as fitted in later alternator ferrets (and many other 24v vehicles)

Cheers

Matt

Thanks Peter.
I'm off over to the download section.
Much obliged. Just got to track some spares down.

Cheers.
Steve
