Im selling my 101, it's a 1976 mortar truck. It was restored in the 90's and is in very good condition, painted Matt nato green (rolled) brakes have recently been refurbished, hoses, cylinders, master cylinder and servo replaced, I have a new apportioning valve and front shoes to fit.
The door bottoms are good as are the tops having been repaired in the past, no rust, undersealed.
The only mods are power steering, craddock 8" rims with creepy crawler tyres, a detroit locker in the rear and front and rear winches, which I'll be removing, and an over drive. The engine is original as is the gearbox. Halogen lamps with relays fitted. Pioneer tools and crank handle present.
2 side facing benches with lap belts in the rear.
A very reliable truck with no defects.

The 101 is in Dublin, 15 min airport 20 min ferry port.

I can't post pictures so I can send some on email if you give me an address.

Hi Paul,

Sounds like you did a lot to her over the past few years! Hope you enjoyed having her, maybe she will come back this side of the sea

Hi Mike,
I done loads alright, I've replaced the cam locks that were missing then fitted sound deadening and it still rattled, so I replaced seals on the covers and doors made it nice and quite (for a 101 anyway). I got a detroit locker for GRB in utah, he had 2 left. The craddock rims were expensive and I had to wait a while for them to have stock, fume curtain was hard to find and I just kept replacing brake parts until it would stop.
I bought 2 range rover classic gearboxs to get a good overdrive and got the cable and lever from Martin. The power steering box is from a ldv van so it still has most of the original parts including the relay. I also replaced some of the tilt frame.
Oh, I had a great idea for interior lights, I got 6 daytime running led lights and cable tied them to the tilt frame so I could work on it at night, works great.

Sell the tin can & buy it back quick
you can have a wonky loan from- tits now in the financing business
and sell your soul to the devil (ME)
variable APR (it varies on my mood)
what says you?

I can see the appeal Dave...of another 101, not being your man-wife!
